Lucie Parkin

Lucie has been a senior marketing professional since 1995. She moved to London in 1994 after graduating from Warwick University where she studied History of Art. Her first role at Bonham’s fine art auctioneers led Lucie down the marketing route and she progressed from here to work for a commodities producer, while working at Kenana full-time she studied for her MBA during her evenings and weekends. From 2002 she ran the sales and marketing department for fast-growing design company Colebrook Bosson Saunders. After working as an account director for marketing agency The Think Tank Lucie decided to go it alone and since 2008 has been a successful self-employed marketing consultant.

Lucie is passionate about and particularly well connected within the world of design, architecture and the arts. She loves being able to apply her commercial acumen and strategic approach to creative environments and industries. Her experience includes devising and organising major events, promoting designers and manufacturers to the press and producing content and materials to publicise organisations. Lucie likes to get to the crux of the matter and really understand the essence of a business or organisation, in this way she can then fully appreciate how to best reach and communicate with their customers.

Lucie loves to entertain friends and family at home and dine out as frequently as possible! Her appreciation for the great outdoors is growing as she and her son Woody enjoy exploring the staggeringly beautiful Monmouthshire countryside which surrounds them.
